We're in the Summer Dog Days Market.

Now that we're deep in summer, the market is following those summer vibes with some lingering inventory even though there have been more sales. Homes that have sold are selling faster and for a slightly higher price when compared to last month's rolling 3-month data.

Our data is based on averages for single-family homes sold in San Mateo County for the last 90 days from the date noted. For example, July 2023 data is based on averages from April - June 2023 and June 2023 data is based on averages from March - May 2023. This data was gathered on July 7, 2023.
