The Bay Area Peninsula housing market continues to be ELECTRIC!


Market Update
The Bay Area Peninsula housing market in March 2022 continued to be hotter than a ghost pepper with a sunburn! ?????????

For a Single Family Residential home in San Mateo County, the average Sale Price was $2,629,873 with an average of only 11 Days on Market. The Sale Price to List Price Ratio was 115.2%.

This shows us two things.

If you are looking to purchase a home, it's time to be aggressive. We are seeing that your first offer should be your highest and best. With the level of competitiveness in the market, the opportunity to come in low and negotiate has decreased dramatically.

If you are looking to move and sell your home, it's time for you to be equally aggressive and take advantage of one of the hottest seller's markets in Bay Area history! ????

It has been a very BUSY year so far for the Pickett Real Estate Group and March is no exception. 

We had 2 Sold, 6 Pending, and 1 New Listing in March; with 3 Coming Soon to hit the market in April. We ended Q1 with $17,400,000 Sold & In Escrow.

We also took new Team pictures and headshots!

It was a fun in the sun & snow kind of month for Kevin Pickett. Getting away to Arnold, CA is a family tradition for the Pickett's. Beautiful, relaxing and you can't beat that fresh air!

As a lifelong surfer, Kevin is now passing down that hang-loose love to his son Liam. Linda Mar Beach is a Pacifica favorite for surfing, sunsets and the world's nicest Taco Bell right ON THE BEACH!

Caitlin and Richie took a weekend down to Palm Springs. Grace lived her best life running around the grass and playing in the pool. Richie got to do a puzzle. Caitlin helped her clients buy their first home with a glass of rose. 

Grace also had her first visit to CuriOdyssey! She loved the playground and all the animals. If you have little ones, CuriOdessey in San Mateo is a great time.
