Market Update February showed us that as inventory remains low and rates begin to rise, buyers are numerous and more aggressive than ever. This trend is resulting in the average Days-On-Market lasting less than a week per listing.
For buyers, we advise you to match pitch with your aggressiveness. We are hoping for more inventory in March and the Spring but the market is not slowing down. Fortune favors the bold!
